Solution of MINI DSG Reader License File Error

"License File Error" when using MINI DSG Reader today. Please see the picture below. It was first time using this tool and followed video to install it. And also have disable the anti virus software on my tablet during DSG Reader installation. What could be wrong? And what should I do? Thank you.
