How to solve VAS 5054A VAS-PC V19 no communication with control unit

Symptom:

Have installed VAS-PC v19 software and driver to work with VAS5054A Bluetooth scanner, but it failed to communicate with the car

Error message in VAS-PC:

USB setup in Computer management: Usb serial port (com3)

Fallo en el bus de diagnostico:

La interfaz de diagnostico (VCI) no esta correctamente instalada

Por favor, cierre la aplicacion y configure la interfaz de diagnostico

(Failure diagnostic bus:

The diagnostic interface (VCI) is not properly installed

Please close the application and configure the diagnostic interface)

Fallo en el bus de diagnostico:

Numero de averia: 200.59

(Failure diagnostic bus:

Number of breakdown: 200.59)

Nota:

No es posible establecer niguna communicacion con la unidad de control que hay montada
